These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Getthrills Technology India Pvt. Ltd.'s Website, located at medifio.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Medifio if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the entire content on the platform “Medifio”, a unit of Getthrills Technology India Pvt. Ltd. which may be referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. Your access and use of the Medifio platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available on the platform.
We provide the booking service and ancillary services relating to customer service. We remain your point of contact for bookings, cancellations, refunds, and related support.
We may modify our Terms at any time. Fees and service availability may change. We may terminate, suspend, or modify any aspect of our service at any time for any reason.

Things to be Considered (User/Customer)
- All appointments, bookings, or payments must be made only through the Medifio App or bank account.
- Users must not bypass Medifio for direct bookings or communications with service providers.
- Maintain professional connections with health workers; personal relationships are prohibited.
- Provide detailed information including PAN/ADHAAR during booking.
- Final booking is confirmed only after payment.
- Preliminary verification and physical verification will be conducted with a minimum charge of ₹200 (non-refundable).
- Users must treat health workers courteously and provide meals according to appointment timings.
- Two complimentary replacements of service providers are allowed; subsequent replacements cost ₹1500 each.
- Services are limited to the scope of the booked appointment.
- Services are normally provided at the user's home. Users must ensure availability of prescribed medicine and maintain health and safety for service providers.
- Service may be stopped if the user behaves unreasonably or offensively; misconduct may lead to legal action.
- Medifio may terminate services for non-cooperation or violation of terms.
- Refunds: 45% within 10 days, 25% within 11-25 days, no refund after 25 days. Processing time: 10-12 working days.
- Replacement time for service providers: 2-5 days.
- Medifio is not responsible for services not booked through the platform.
- Customer complaints must be notified to Medifio for resolution. Compensations may be provided if deemed necessary.
- Upon termination of services, customer claims for items post-departure are invalid.
- Non-refundable travel allowance of minimum ₹500 applies.
- Partial refund applies in case of patient death.
- Pre-booked services must be cancelled before the start date; otherwise advance payments are non-refundable.
- If a worker’s health deteriorates, initial medical care must be provided and costs reimbursed upon proof.
- Service providers cannot be moved or taken along without prior information to Medifio.
- Service pricing may vary during festive seasons.
- For baby care, CCTV installation is compulsory; costs borne by the client.
- Maintain professional relationship with service providers; feedback is encouraged.
- Medifio reserves the right to update Terms and Conditions at any time.
Service Provision & Session Details
Services are normally provided at your home. Ensure medicines and necessary items are ready. Maintain safety of Nursing Practitioners (NPs) during service.
Short-Term Services
- Sessions normally last 60 minutes; actual service may be 10-15 minutes less for setup.
- If users are unwell or misbehave, NPs may stop the service. Misconduct may lead to legal action.
- Medifio is not liable for unbooked or unregistered services.
Costs & Payment
- Service costs vary between ₹4,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on requirements and location.
- Session overruns are charged pro-rata per 15 minutes with NP agreement.
- Booking a block of sessions keeps rates fixed for that block; single session bookings are charged per session rate.
- Payment accepted online or via bank transfers. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Travel to sessions is normally free. Late arrival or cancellations are subject to charges as specified.
Return Policy
No return policy is available. Refunds are processed as described above. Users are responsible for failed transactions with banks or payment providers.
Nurse Safety
- Identity verification is required during booking.
- Alternate family contact numbers must be provided.
- Preliminary verification by Medifio team via phone call.
- User GPS location is detected and shared with the nurse and Medifio administrators.
- Nurse shares working environment via video call upon arrival.
- Emergency safety button available in nurse app (AI & speech recognition enabled).
- Medifio monitors nurse location and follows up regularly.
- NP closes session once job is completed.
Blood Finder Terms & Conditions
Popup Notification Before Booking
When pressing Book Now, the following occurs:
- Verify requested blood group availability in partnered blood banks.
- If unavailable, attempt to arrange a verified donor.
User Agreement: By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to this process.
Blood Finder / Donor Information
- Patient name, gender, DOB, email, contact numbers, address, occupation, relation, ID document, patient location, required blood type, quantity, urgency, additional notes.
- Verification documents (doctor’s request / hospital letter).
- Consent to share request with verified donors.
Donor Care
Transportation
- Free transport to/from donation center if arranged in advance.
- Travel expenses reimbursed if pre-approved.
- Not responsible for delays due to traffic or unforeseen events.
Food & Refreshments
- Nutritious snacks and beverages provided.
- Dietary preferences must be informed in advance.
- All food meets hygiene standards; no alcohol/intoxicants allowed.
Health & Safety
- Donors undergo standard medical screening.
- Donors may withdraw before donation begins.
- Immediate medical assistance provided if adverse reaction occurs.
Consent & Privacy
- Donor details shared only with verified hospitals or recipients.
- Photos/testimonials used only with donor consent.
Limitation of Liability
- Platform and partners not liable for indirect damages or losses during donation.
